Same Old Free But Brand New Concept – ThrottleLauncher

The author of the utmost successful ThrottleLauncher (a fully configurable launcher app consisting of several pages containing rows; each row’s contents can be scrolled horizontally by using the finger) has just announced today the upcoming release of version 0.9.5.

The highlights: TL0.9.5 will support both VGA and QVGA displayed devices running Windows Mobile 5 or 6 Professional. It’s not at all a surprise that the latest version follows the current trends in design, you may notice the resemblance between TL and HTC’s TouchFLO 3D from the very first glance. The tabbed design features at least 13 different tabs, as follows: Home, Plugins, SMS, E-mail, Calendar, Weather, Music, Programs, Photos, Settings, Communications, Internet and yes, Widgets (drag them, move them, and get some more! Here the resemblance has been broken and directed towards Xperia)!

If you think your device can handle something this cool and free, wait for the official launch in the next few days. Meanwhile check out the video preview teaser above!
