Ouch! Well, I can’t say we didn’t expect this one to happen. Verizon has confirmed that you can get the Hotspot feature on your next, oh so expected iPhone, but it’ll cost you. It’ll be $20 a month over the current rates of your data plan, and yeah, you better not go over that 2GB data pool, cause you’ll be in for an extra $20 for ever GB that exceeds it.
As much as I know we shouldn’t feel disappointed, since Verizon charges $20 for the Hotspot feature on any of their current smartphones, I just can’t avoid it. Nobody crowned the the iPhone king to be treated any differently, but there was nothing wrong with dreaming huh..
