The iPhone 4S brings a faster, dual-core, processor, an improved camera and the voice-enabled personal assistant, Siri, on iOS 5. Because of Siri, iPhone 4S users seem to consume twice as much data than users rocking an iPhone 4, a study finds.

Actually iPhone 4S users even consume more data than users of the Apple tablet, not to mention three times more than those with an iPhone 3G. Previous studies indicate that iPhone 4 users consumed 1.6 times more data than those with an iPhone 3G. Of course, Siri on the iPhone 4S is eating up a lot of data but the extra speed brought by the A5 chip makes browsing even more fluid on the 4S’ Safari.
