Well what do you know. It seems no medical leave is strong enough to keep old Stevo from both big projects, and simple micro-management. This time, it so happens that he personally chose to reject an iOS Application because it gave you information on the current radiation emissions from your iPhone.
Tawkon, makers of the mobile applciation, have already made it public in Android and in BlackBerry OS. Sadly, since Steve’s response was a simple “No Interest”, the developer was forced to only offer it to Jailbreak customers through Cydia.
According to the developer: “We believe it is every phone user’s fundamental right to know the level of radiation they’re exposed to, and to take precautionary measures if they see fit. tawkon makes it easy for people to use their iPhone with lower exposure to cellphone radiation,” Sadly for us, they do have a point, but don’t call the shots in the App Store.
