Yeah, for many of us, the only good thing about “Back to school” are the sales. EA has just announced a great back to school sale where they have up to 80% discounts on many, if not all, of their most popular games for the iPhone, iPod Touch and the iPad. The sale will only last this weekend, so make sure you don’t sleep on this.

Popular titles like Tetris, FIFA 11, Madden NFL and RISK are all as low as $0.99, so head on over to this full list to get your apps before it’s too late. Remember that EA is not really a fan of building universal apps so you’d need to buy a separate copy of the iPad version of any app to take full advantage of the screen real-estate, so this might be the right time to take advantage of the sale and port your games to a larger screen.
