It’s like a perpetuum mobile this legal war between Apple and Samsung! The Korean phone maker said this morning that it had filed a new claim in Germany on December 16 against Apple.

On a general note, Apple has “started” the whole legal battle when it accused Samsung of copying the iPhone design. The war soon extended to tablets and other regions and countries, like Germany, where Apple scored a couple of stage-wins. Now Samsung is accusing Apple for infringing four of its patents, including those related to telecommunications standard technology and user interface.
