Jaime just reported that Apple is starting to automatically refund owners of the iPhone 4 that have purchased a bumper. As of several moments ago, Apple has released a new app called the iPhone 4 Case Program app, which lets people choose from about eight different cases to get for free, including the black bumper. All cases are listed with a ship time of 3-5 weeks. All you have to do is sign in with your iTunes account, select the case you want, and that’s it! Which case are you going with?
