Alright folks, keep walking, there’s nothing to see here. Just when we thought tomorrow was “the day” for the final release of iOS 4.2, along comes Apple with yet another Gold Master release of iOS 4.2. We still can’t figure out why the Cupertino gang chose to call it iOS 4.2.1, but yeah, who cares if this is still developer material. The rest of us mortals have yet to wait another week for the possibility of getting in on the fun. Not really sure what changed, but it does seem that those weird Wi-Fi issues found on the iPad haven’t been fixed just yet.
Again, not much to expect for iPhone users, truly sorry for iPad owners so far, and you guessed it, the only reason many of us are waiting for this upgrade is for the new Jailbreak with carrier unlock for the iPhone 4.
