Judging from our twitter comments, I know some of you have been waiting for this update since midnight, but it’s Apple’s typical thing to release their software at noon in Cupertino time. So yeah, iOS 4.1 is now available for download.

Within the update you’ll find lots of bug fixes to start. We finally get access to Game Center, which adds social gaming to the iOS experience. you also get a treat for HDR photography on your mobile device, though some people are complaining that the betas showed Apple rushed this feature, so please keep us posted on your impressions. Aside from that you also get the option to upload HD videos through Wi-Fi, and TV rentals for a buck, tough we all know Amazon already killed that project with their buys for a buck. Remember this update is only available for the newer devices, and the iPhone 3G only gets a couple of bug fixes, but no Game Center love.
