It’s difficult to keep track of all the legal battle fields where Apple and Samsung fight in the court rooms (counting 30 cases in 10 countries). After an initial win over Cupertino — judge denied Apple’s request for Galaxy phone bans in the U.S. — the score seems to be again even.
The French court where Samsung asked for a preliminary sales ban on Apple’s iPhone 4S decided to deny the Korean phone-maker’s request. Cupertino’s latest smartphone will continue to sell in France but Samsung also asked for preliminary sales ban in other countries, such as Australia, Japan or Italy.
