The image above is a screenshot of an email sent out by Apple where the company welcomes the user to its new offering, iCloud. It contains a link to a page where the setup process should happen but that page is not yet live, meaning the email was prematurely sent.
Apple is expected to launch iCloud together with iOS 5 — and iOS 5 together with the next generation of iPhone(s). An official press invitation is pointing towards next Tuesday, October 4, so maybe this email got out by mistake. iCloud will be Apple’s own cloud offering for everything (Contacts, Calendars, and Mail; Applications, Documents, Books, you name it).
