It was only a matter of time after Apple ended their AT&T exclusive deal, for everything to break loose towards total world domination. Apple has just posted a new job offering where they’re looking for a Carrier Engineering team member in the Kansas City Missouri area. And well, it just so happens that Sprint’s head quarters are in the Kansas City (Kansas) suburb of Overland Park.
According to the job offer:
Location Kansas City, MO
Member of the Carrier Engineering team that supports taking products through technical approval at the carriers. A Carrier Engineer team is responsible for day-to-day technical interactions with the one or more carriers to track down issues reported by the carrier, assist the carrier with testing they might be conducting and working with program management, software development and test teams to get products approved by the carriers.
Rumors are already out of the iPhone making its way to Sprint and T-Mobile very soon, so all the speculation around begins falling into place. No dates are clear just yet, but it shouldn’t be long before Sprint is satisfied with their testing given the amount of success the iPhone may represent to them in their network.
