The list of applications that take advantage of the high-resolution display on the new iPad is continuously growing. It has already reached a total number of 58, from the initial 24 available one day before the tablet’s availability.

The new Angry Birds Space is listed alongside Pandora and Evernote but Apple has also updated its official iTunes Movie Trailers application. As you’d expect, the application is now designed “for the spectacular Retina display on the all new iPad”. As the New iPad becomes more and more popular, expect more developers and software makers to release updates or special versions of their apps to take advantage of the “Retina Display”.
