One of the main differentiating factors of the iPhone 4S over last year’s Apple-phone, aside from the improved camera and faster processor, is Siri, the virtual assistant which turned out to be a great success. According to reports, Apple is considering bringing Siri to the iPhone 4.
Last year’s Cupertino-designed phone is capable of running Siri without any problems — as we’ve seen it ported over — but it looks like Apple might be considering an official way for Siri to work on the device. Some Apple employees are said to rock a special build of iOS 5 on their iPhone 4 devices to test out Siri, according to two different sources “close to the matter”.
