“The launch of the iPhone 4S has helped push Apple to its highest ever ranking in the Hot Shops list”, said James Murray from Hitwise. According to a recent report, Apple has just claimed the second place in the U.K. regarding the preference of online retailers.
The latest IMRG-Hitwise research still places Amazon on the top spot in online retailer preference but Argos has been knocked to third place in the U.K. by Apple. While Amazon is selling lots of stuff, Apple’s online store has a much more limited array of products. Still, with the popularity and buzz around the iPhone 4S, Cupertino has managed to claim that second spot.
