At the end of February, when we heard about the “antennagate” class action being settled, we were told of a dedicated website — www.iPhone4Settlement.com — where customers will be able to track progress and even file a claim.
If you have opted for a free bumper — which is possible since 2010 — you will not be eligible for the settlement which brings you $15. Talking about being eligible: you need to cumulatively (a) experience antenna or reception issues; (b) be unable to return your iPhone 4 without incurring any costs; (c) be unwilling to use a case or free bumper for your iPhone 4; and (d) complete certain troubleshooting steps or are unable to complete the troubleshooting steps because you no longer own your iPhone. At the end of the day, it’s up to you: bumper or $15, though the $15 will not fix your issues but the bumper probably will (if you still have your phone). Check out more details at the source below.
