Transcriber, a feature built into all Windows Mobile touchscreen devices, doesn’t get much love. The reality is that transcriber is a fantastic input method if you prefer to use handwriting recognition. Like on the Apple Newton, transcriber lets you write anywhere on the screen, compared to the letter recognizer which requires you to write in one spot. Plus, it’s got pretty solid accuracy.
