What Do You Get When You Mix a BlackBerry Curve With a BlackJack?

Hardware manufacturer AMOI seems to know the answer here with the AMOI GSM6711A. According to Engadget Mobile, the device has a BlackBerry Curve style trackball and keypad and overall look of a Samsung BlackJack. The device will sport Windows Mobile 6 Standard for touchscreen-less devices.

Overall, it looks like any other device on the market today in the WM 6 realm. The only new thing is the trackball, which some will like and others won’t. I was a big fan of the trackball on my BlackBerry device as the nagivation is so much easier than the classic trackwheel on the BlackBerry. However, with the many games available for Windows Mobile, the trackball may not be a great replacement to the traditional directional pad on most machines.
