Touch Pro2 for Verizon Wireless, Telus to Feature 3.5 mm Headphone Jack

It looks like HTC is making good on its promise to bring 3.5 mm headphone jacks to devices. Reportedly, the Verizon Wireless and Telus version of the CDMA Touch Pro2; the CDMA model will also have a GSM SIM card for global roaming.
HTC was under attack before for not using the 3.5 mm headphone port. Instead, devices made from HTC utilize a hybrid mini USB connector that charges, synchronizes, and provides audio (and sometimes video) output.
Hopefully, the soon to be released Sprint version of the Touch Pro2 will follow with a 3.5 mm headphone port as well.
