You may have heard that T-Mobile is upgrading their network again to HSPA+, which could theoretically get up to 56 Mbps download speeds. A few months ago, they upgraded their network here in New York to 7.2 Mbps, which was pretty good. But today, on the T-Mobile HD2, I’m getting close to 10 Mbps speeds. See below for a video and some photos to prove how fast T-Mobile’s network is. Just in case you don’t believe the speed test site, we’ll see how YouTube does in its video buffering speeds as well.
Of course your results may vary as these speeds greatly depend on network conditions. These speed test photos were taken in two separate towns within Westchester County just north of New York City.
