Today’s the day that we can finally start talking about the T-Mobile Touch Pro2. It’s now available for $349 with contract as of August 12.
The T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 comes with a beautiful full color manual, nice flip-top box, leather pouch (sans belt clip), USB cable, USB AC adapter for charging, ExtUSB headphones for music and phone calls, a screen protector, and a CD that includes syncing software and a 60 day trial of Outlook 2007.
In terms of size comparisions, the Touch Pro 2 is about on par with the old HTC Kaiser/TyTN II… which is to say quite large and heavy compared to the likes of the original Touch Diamond. That’s not to say the size is a bad thing though. These days many touch-screen phone manufacturers are going big so that the buttons are bigger and more “finger friendly”.
