In this video we explore the hardware of the new Sprint Touch Pro2. The design of the device is rather original with a unique square-step pattern on the battery cover and orange accents on the keyboard. The build quality is excellent and fells very solid in hand. The back of the device is made out of a rubberized coated plastic which resists fingerprints and sticks firmly in hand.
The Sprint Touch Pro2 has the same hardware features of other Touch Pro2 variants except it has a dual network setting which allows both CDMA and GSM to be utilized. All that needs to be done is slap in a GSM SIM card and off you go. The phone will automatically select the setting for the specific SIM card that is placed in the slot. The other feature that it lacks in comparison to the world wide edition Touch Pro2 is a front facing VGA camera.
All-in-all it is a very high quality device. In case it was missed check out the unboxing and stay tuned for the software tour coming up next.
