In this video, we take a tour of the hardware on the Pantech Matrix PRO, plus compare it to the last generation Pantech Duo. We find that many improvements have been made between the two devices: build quality has been notched up, the new design is much sleeker, the keyboard is much more usable, and the D-Pad is larger. That said, we took issue with the incredible thickness, totally flat number pad, and annoying proprietary jack.
