Today when I peeped at Engadget Mobile and saw the Propel, seen as the second image below, I had to do a double take. Did Samsung just take the SGH-i620 (first image below) and turn it into a dumbphone? That, they did.

I think AT&T and Samsung would have been better off keeping it running on Windows Mobile and calling it the BlackJack III, since it doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing one.
