The new Android candybar QWERTY built by Kogan for Russia looks like the Samsung Epix sans touch pad. The handset will come in two flavors--the Agora and Agora Pro. Both will utilize the same design, but the Pro adds GPS and WiFi.

According to Engadget Mobile, the Agora packs a 2.5-inch touchscreen (320 x 240), 3G networking, a backlit QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth 2.0 and a microSD card slot.

The Agora will be the second Android handset, after the T-Mobile G1, which has received a warm following thus far.
