Ok, here’s the scoop: the AT&T Tilt (aka HTC Kaiser/TyTN II) will drop on the AT&T network in late September, and there will be two models. The 8925 will sport a camera (on the rear – no front-facing camera), while the 8900 will not have a camera (and thus be targeted more towards the business user).
If you want to buy the device without a new contract, it will cost about $550. If you’re signing a new 2 year contract, it’s $400 for the 8925 and $350 for the 8900.
The device looks about the same, sans the AT&T branding and the white number dial keys in the center of the keypad (ugly!).
