Looks like someone over at coolsmartphone had some hands-on time with iMate’s new Ultimate 8150, which has yet to be released. The device features video-out, which will be demonstrated on the video. Kind of cool if you’ve got some videos that you want to show off or are doing a presentation and don’t want to carry a full laptop with you.

The 8150 is supposed to sport an Intel (Marvel) XScale processor clocking in at 520 MHz, Bluetooth 2.0, XGA video-out, front VGA camera for video calling, 12 key numeric keypad, and a joystick.
