There are five i-mate Ultimate devices due out, the first being the 6150. The entire ultimate series include the following specs: UMTS/HSDPA, VGA screen, WiFi, FM radio, a 520MHz processor, and 256MB ROM / 128MB RAM. The only difference among all of the models is form factor. According the the rumor mill, and confirmed by a company source, the first Ultimate device should be ready for sale in September.
