The i-Mate Jama 201 was recently reviewed on Trusted Reviews and it looks like it’s a mediocre device that boasts great battery life.

The device lacks the US 850 MHz band so use in North America isn’t recommended. It also lacks WiFi, 3G, and the faster Bluetooth 2.0 although it does come with the slower Bluetooth according to the review.

The Jama has some good traits as well–the keyboard was good and the buttons are well placed. Talk time was great and the reviewer was able to go for three to four days on a single charge.

If you’re interested in an entry level model with a front-facing keyboard, this may be a nice deal.
