In this video, we compare the screen rotation speed of the X1 and Touch Pro with that of the Touch Pro2

If you’ve been using Windows Mobile devices for as long as we have, you know that the screen rotation speeds on slide-out keyboard devices like the HTC TyTN II is quite slow. This issue slows you down when you’re trying to quickly respond to a message, or enter the URL in a web address.

Starting with the HTC Touch Pro and XPERIA X1, we saw a change to much faster screen rotation speeds.

The findings of our test? The Touch Pro2 speed is just as fast in flipping the screen from portrait to landscape…almost instant in fact, which should appease those looking to use the slide out keyboard on a regular basis.
