In this video, we continue our tour of the new HTC Snap by looking at the hardware.
We find that many traits of the Excalibur are present in the Snap: the thin and light body, the rubbery coating, and the arrangement of hardware buttons.
We also find a huge weakness: the keyboard. Because the “A” key is not where it should be, mis-presses are common unless you’re looking at the keyboard while you type. Also, the keyboard generally feels cramped, and the keys themselves are a bit too difficult to press. We’ll have a better opinion of the keyboard for you come the full review in a few days.
In case you missed it, check out the unboxing of the HTC Snap.
