If you have an HP 5450 or 5455, then you need to get the latest version of the WLAN firmware upgrade. I can’t tell if there’s really any sort of update here, however. I’m on vacation and have limited access to the ‘NET.

However, the Notes Section of the info page on this update (see below) indicate that this is an update to the original firmware patch that was released earlier.

Prerequisites

* For Pocket PC 2002, the ROM update v1.11.xx must be installed first before the WLAN firmware update is installed. DO NOT install the WLAN firmware update before installing ROM update v1.11.xx.

* Synchronization software such as Microsoft ActiveSync 3.5 or later.

Notes

* If the wireless LAN firmware update SoftPaq previously installed and upon launching the Wireless LAN firmware update SoftPaq again, a window with the selections ‘Modify’, ‘Repair’ and ‘Remove’ will appear. Select ‘Remove’ to uninstall the previous installation and launch the Wireless LAN firmware update SoftPaq again to reinstall.
