Gigabyte has recently begun shipping its new smartphones to Hungary, with shipments to the Taiwain market to follow according to DigiTimes. The models being shipped are the MW702 and the MS802. Both models retain identical hardware aesthetics, WiFi, Bluetooth, fast 520 MHz processor, FM radio with RDS technology, GPS, 256 MB ROM, 128 MB RAM, and microSDHC memory card slot. However, the latter model adds in 3G on the 2100 MHz band, which means no American support. What is notable is Gigabyte is adding its own touch-based user interface, following the footsteps of HTC and Samsung.
