In this video, we go through the interesting features and software included on the V900.
This devices comes with Spb Mobile Shell to cover up the Windows Mobile interface. We were hoping that E-TEN had its own product (like TouchFLO, etc), but since Spb Mobile Shell is a great program, we’re satisfied with that inclusion.
The g-sensor prompts the fastest rotation I’ve ever seen on any Windows Mobile device, and I don’t say that lightly. It’s almost instant, and significantly faster than the Samsung Omnia.
We take a look at the FM radio and TV application, and find that the device can act as an FM transmitter, which is quite useful.
Something that I didn’t mention in the video is that the V900 has no flick-scrolling capability, or a better browser than PIE (like Opera Mobile), which is a shame.
Everything will be covered in full detail in the upcoming review including benchmarks, battery tests, and a camera demonstration. Look for that very soon!
