Is the REDFLY the perfect companion to your Windows Mobile device, or are you better off getting a netbook?
That's what we'll seek to answer in this new video series. If you remember back a year ago, Stephen Skarlatos put together a review of the last-generation model of the REDFLY, concluding that given the then-astronomical price of the REDFLY (at $499), it was hard to justify a purchase.
Today, the REDFLY has come down a lot in price, and according to the company, they're aiming to go down much further. At their store, prices range from $199 for the entry level C7 model to $299 for the higher end C8N. But even at this level, the REDFLY competes directly with similarly priced Netbooks. That said, as you'll discover in this video series, in some cases, the economics of getting a REDFLY are more attractive than that of a netbook or laptop.
