AT&T Fuze vs. HTC TyTN II

The ATT Fuze replaces the ATT Tilt, which was also available as the HTC TyTN II or Kaiser. Is the Fuze really an upgrade or has it lost more than it's gained when compared to the Kaiser?

So with the Fuze, you gain an extra row of keys, a VGA screen, smaller width, accelerometer, TV out, Video acceleration, touch capacitive button pad, a magnetic stylus, and an autofocus camera with LED flash. However, when compared with the Tilt/Kaiser, you lose the thumbwheel one-handed usability, tactile hardware buttons on the front, customizable application launching buttons, tilting screen for reading/watching content while the device is set on a desk, larger/better keyboard buttons, and softkey hardware buttons in both landscape and portrait modes. You also lose the easy access MicroSD card slot and SIM card slot both of which cannot be accessed without removing the battery cover on the Fuze.
