A Look at the UI of Motorola's SURF A3100

The new Moto SURF A3100 (which sports generally lackluster specs for a device of 2009) brings a new interface that is similar in functionality to TouchFLO 3D. As seen in the video above from Engadget Mobile, you can pan between six screens by swiping your finger along the bottom or tapping on an icon. The screens are home, contacts, weather, browser, RSS, and programs. From the video, it doesn't look like there's a lot of customization that can be done in terms of adding new screens, and with QVGA resolution, the quality of the image may not be up to par, but once we get a unit in the pocketnow.com labs - we'll have a better idea on how everything looks. I'm still in love with the Bell UI.
