Use your G-Sensor to Shoot, Whip, Punch and Lightsaber

This fun app, called Shoot Me, enables you to use your Windows Mobile device as a virtual weapon. It uses the G-Sensor (accelerometer) or touch screen to emit sounds of whichever weapon you’ve selected. Weapons in the free version include: a shotgun, Uzi, boxing glove, lightsaber, whip and electric hair clipper.

I’m not going to lieĀ… a part of me has always wanted one of those full sized, motion sensing lightsabers, at least to play with for a day. Now I can do that and more for free! I can also see myself using this app to virtually punch my friends after a few drinks. Would using the whip sound be too much to signal to my best friend that he’s a little too attached to his new girlfriend? Just kidding, of course! Start role playing as Indiana Jones, the Terminator, Rocky or Luke Skywalker by installing ShootMe!

Notes:

- you will need .NET CF 3.5 before installing the app

- the paid version adds extra weapons for your enjoyment
