Google Maps’ new update gives you a content-rich view of everything around you. Version 3.2 incorporates a new layer system, which helps make it easier to find and interact with surrounding geographic areas on your mobile device.
With layers, you can effortlessly access Wikipedia info about nearby sites, show public transit lines, display traffic, locate friends and more all on the same screen! Don’t want all the layers displayed at once? Simple, just tap the right soft key and click “layers” to choose which layers you want or don’t want displayed together. The search feature has also been improved by providing more results, displaying them as little red dots.
Upgrade to version 3.2 with your mobile browser to start enjoying the new features!
