Does anyone remember the uber expensive Prada offering from LG a while back? What about the rumored windows mobile Samsung Armani? Well, looks like this time around, Sony Ericsson took the plunge and courted another famous fashion brand to the designer phone market. Presenting the Sony Ericsson Jalou limited edition Dolce & Gabbana phone. While this is by no means the first time the fabulous Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana have lent their name to mobile phones (D&G Motorola Razr) It is their first partnership with Sony Ericsson. For those of us with lots of little gadgets laying around, here's yet another multi-device charging station that reminds us of the (multi-device charging station) we reviewed before. So what's new? Well, the ultra-convenient new Bluelounge Refresh Tray sports 2 USB plugs, 2 Apple iPod/iPhone connections, 1 Mini USB and 1 Micro USB plug. That's plenty enough connections to charge all your little gadgets at once such as your iPods, headsets, and even smartphones since the connectors are universal enough to accomodate just about every device. We personally love the mini USB for charging all ...

So, about a month ago, I was sitting at a trendy little café in Greenwich. Listening to my Honduran friend Jaime attempt to deliver a soulful Spanish ballad over the phone. As I sat there, sipping my gorgeous café au lait, viewing the world through my rose colored Gucci‘s and listening to the soundtrack in my ear, I couldn’t help but notice all these well to do men walking around with their mobile devices, staring intently at their phones while being led around blindly by these women in their fancy Manolo Blahnik shoes, Hermes purses ...

Here's my take on it if I was in charge of marketing the idea to both HTC and the movie studios. Not to mention I'd probably get a giant chunk of cash for spearheading the idea! Looking at things from my marketing and advertising background, I have put together a rough selling point to the powers that be. The packaging would be the same, except for maybe an embossed Bond silhouette on the box. The color would be the same jet black (to save on further design costs) with one small .20 ct diamond on the very top of the front face as an exception. Thus, making it ...

INTRODUCTION     So I get this interesting-looking headset from BlueAnt. I could've sworn I've seen it before. That was until I opened it up. Having used the 1st generation Z9 quite a bit, I thought: Hmmm...how does this work better if it looks almost exactly the same? And why didn't they change the look? And why am I laying in bed with my face in the pillow? Well, I thought I'd find out for myself. What I got was a long phone interview with BlueAnt's VP, Peter George about the Z9i. A wonderfully entertaining man, if I may say so, with that dashing Aussie accent to ...

INTRODUCTION     As if it wasn't hard enough trying to pick among a sea of new phones, the realm of ever advancing Bluetooth headsets doesn’t make it any easier. Aliph’s sequel to their wildly successful Jawbone from two years ago is the Jawbone 2. Everyone can be a supergeek and flood you with specs and terminology that can all of a sudden make you feel like your 87 yr old grandmother taking on an MP3 player (not a good feeling). My goal for this review is to make this as easy and pain free for all of us ...
