U.S. Cellular was last to the Touch Pro2 party, but they certainly don’t waste any time with deals. From 11/26 through 11/30, they’re offering the Touch Pro2 Windows phone at an unbeatable price of free (after $70 mail-in rebate). In fact, they’re extending the sale for every phone they carry, including the HTC Snap. The deal is good when you sign a 2-year agreement on a calling plan at $39.99 or higher with E-mail and Web services.
