Those of you that want an Android device on AT&T (that can do 3G) now can add another option to the repertoire: the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini. It’s smaller than the HTC Aria, with a screen that is only 2.5″ at QVGA resolution. It’s using the Timescape interface like its big brother, the X10, though it’s likely that with lesser specifications (a slower CPU and less RAM), it won’t be the fastest smartphone on the planet. It’s priced attractively at $335, and can be had over at Negri Electronics.
