The MWg Zinc II is now available unlocked for only $300 on MobileCityOnline and eXpansys, which is down from the $750 release price.
The Zinc II is a fine QVGA Windows Mobile Professional phone that was previously reviewed here on pocketnow.com. It will be a great entry level phone or a nice phone to replace an older phone if you are still under contract and can’t take advantage of upgrade pricing. The phone has a flush QVGA touchscreen display, a sliding QWERTY keyboard in landscape format, and tri-band HSPA and quad-band GSM/EDGE radios. Unfortunately, the HSPA for 3G is not compatible for T-Mobile’s nascent 3G network in the US.
Complete specs for the Zinc II can be found on PDAdb.net.
