Today only, eXpansys is having a sale on the UBiQUiO 503G that brings the price to £109, which comes out to about $192. Not bad for an unlocked phone that has quadband GSM and triband UMTS with HSDPA, a 520MHz processor, WiFi, and a large 1500mAh battery. Seriously, this is a good price on some solid hardware if you like the candybar QWERTY form factor.
