Garmin Mobile 20 GPS for $60

I just found the Garmin Mobile 20 GPS system for smartphones for $59.99 (not including tax and shipping) at TigerGPS. While I’d never heard of them before, PriceGrabber does have them listed as a four-star merchant.

This is a crazy low price! The second lowest price on PriceGrabber was over $160. TigerGPS itself sells the GPS receiver/mount separately for about $130.

The package includes the following:

  • The GPS 20SM Smart Mount (a powered mount with a built-in Bluetooth GPS receiver)
  • A memory card with the Garmin Mobile XT navigation software and City Navigator NT maps
  • A dashboard disk (presumably if you don’t want to stick the mount to your windshield)
  • Adapter cables for various phones

  • I’ve been using Garmin Mobile 10 with my Motorola Q and Q9m, and it works well (although the software can be a bit hard to navigate at times), but I paid almost $120 for that.

If you’ve been looking for a GPS navigation system for your Windows Mobile device, you can get a Garmin for a price that probably can’t be beat.
