Windows Mobile 6.5 Build 23037 Tour

As Chuong posted earlier, Windows Mobile Build 6.5 23037 is out (thanks to a ROM at XDA), this time adding the ability to slide around icons on the Start menu. As some readers point out, this function was present back to build 23016 or so, but we actually missed it in our recent tour of build 23034.
The behavior of the function needs work, though, as it's a bit unpredictable knowing where one icon will go after replacing it with another.
