In a rather interesting move, Google has announced that it will no longer support the Gmail App for Blackberry (installed native app) as of November 22, 2011.
Those already using the application will continue to be able to take advantage of its features but there will be no more downloads starting November 22. If you want to make sure you continue using the app, download and install it until the aforementioned date or else you’ll be stuck with the web version of Gmail, accessible via mobile browser.
