Verizon made available last week the Motorola Droid RAZR 16GB — meaning the phone with just the 16GB of internal storage, sans the additional 16GB microSD card — and today, the white and purple versions are also up on the carrier’s website.

If you want the 16GB variant, you have the option of choosing between black, white and purple, all going for $199.99 on a two-year contract or $599.99 full retail. By comparison, the Motorola Droid RAZR 32GB (16GB internal storage plus 16GB microSD card) is available in white and black for $299.99 with a two-year agreement and $649.99 for the phone only.
