If you live in the U.K., you can already pre-order the HTC One X and the HTC One S from at least one retailer but now Vodafone U.K. has listed both phones on its website for those who want to secure their unit.

Both phones are listed as free for monthly contracts above £41 (for the One X) and £36 (for the One S). You can also choose a cheaper monthly contract but then you’ll have to pay anywhere between £299 and £99 for the One X, depending on the agreement (£199 and £99 options for cheaper contracts with the One S).
