ViewSonic announced the launch of the V350 dual-SIM Android Smartphone for users that want to access both their work and personal life with one single device and will show the device off next week in Barcelona, at the Mobile World Congress.
The smartphone runs Google’s Android 2.2 Froyo mobile platform and sports a HVGA capacitive touch screen, 5-megapixel auto-focus camera, microSD expansion card slot, Wifi, Bluetooth 2.1 and assisted GPS navigation. The real feature here clearly is the dual-SIM feature of the device which will allow even for the usage of two different networks at the same time. With separate numbers, the V350 can perfectly combine work and play with the dual-SIM feature which “will generate considerable market uptake this year”, said Derek Wright, Product Marketing Manager at ViewSonic Europe.
